Gelato Gelato is the Italian form of Ice-cream. Our Gelato is made with full cream milk and pure cream. As a result, the first thing customers remark on, is the smooth, creamy texture. Our level of quality simply can not be achieved using anything less.

Sorbet If you are lactose intolerant have we got great news for you! Our Sorbet is based on water so you can indulge. Many people know Sorbet to be a course ice mixture, however our Sorbet is smooth and creamy.  Especially suited to the warm climate of Queensland, Sorbets offer a fruity zing that is truly refreshing.

Whilst we guarantee quality, we do not guarantee that the flavour of a particular Sorbet will be exactly the same every time you try it. The reason for this is due to the high fruit content of our product. Different varieties of fruit, combined with seasonal variations naturally leads to changes in flavour. We're proud of this, and we know it's one of the secrets to keeping our products fresh.
