Sorbet	If you are lactose intolerant have we got great news for you! Our Sorbet is based on water so you can indulge. Many people know Sorbet to be a course ice mixture, however our Sorbet is smooth and creamy. Especially suited to the warm climate of Queensland, Sorbets offer a fruity zing that is truly refreshing. Whilst we guarantee quality, we do *not* guarantee that the flavour of a particular Sorbet will be exactly the same every time you try it. The reason for this is due to the high fruit content of our product. Different varieties of fruit, combined with seasonal variations naturally leads to changes in flavour.
