New version 3 css styling up and running - it's a bit of a homage to the urban/graffiti/grunge/vector trend that I've been liking for the last couple of years... mixed with a bit of godzilla inspiration with the battling crest monsters. I will now get around to updating the portfolio section over the next month or so.
No luck with my entry to the WA Web Awards... but congratulations to the finalists - I look forward to toasting to your sucess with a beer or ten... well done everyone.
Re-design of this website just about done... I've now included a style switching selector (above) so I can keep a track of the changes I've made and to show some of the effectiveness of CSS. I'm now working at key2design as Senior Designer for Print and Web and loving it... I've recently entered a website I did for a friend (Qigongtao.com.au) into the 2007 WA Web Awards (fingers crossed). Hmmmm, what else... oh yeah, I also put a MySpace page up because this guy made it look easy...
Going through a bit of design transition at the moment for this website... when I get the time I'm thinking of slowly transitioning the old style (style switcher - V1 & V2) to some newer elements (style switcher - V3) that I've now incorporated into my updated 2007 resume.
If you're looking to see some of my recent work, pop on over to here at Digital Ventures to see some of the print work I've been involved with, and here for some of the web...
Can't believe it's been two years since I last re-designed my website... so much for the "Coming Soon" in the Artwork section... I've now uploaded my resume for 2006 and I will get around to uploading a new portfolio section reasonably soon...
Since February '05 I've been working fulltime as the Lead Designer & Studio Controller over at Digital Ventures. The majority of the work has been print based for ENJO Australia, although I have also been keeping up with a bit of Flash as well with the launch of the Momentum Planning and sugar International websites. There's also a friend's website I did in XHTML/CSS - he's having an exhibition in November and it'll be well worth looking at...
I'm a graphic designer living and working in Perth, Western Australia.
The portfolio section has been expanded to include some of my photography, and also includes updates to the various creative design artwork areas for both print and screen. You will require the Flash plugin which you can download for free here.
For those of you who are interested, my resume has been updated and is available for download in a PDF format.
