Emma was our foundation girl and so was the start of Okuri Labradors. She has proved to be a wonderful friend and companion to all that she meets and I am sure she thinks everyone coming to visit has just come to see her. She is a mindful babysitter to all the young ones and a caring mum to her own, always patient and tolerant. Although retired from breeding Emma has a special place in our home and heart and is still the first to run out and greet any visitors and the first to "bags" the spare seat on the couch next to mum.

Monet is the newest addition to our Labrador family. Although she is still full of "puppy fire" she is quite happy to sit quietly at your feet or gallop along beside you down to the dam. She is a natural swimmer and enjoys swimming with her friends and will often dive her head right under the water for that special stick.

Kelcey is our larrikin!! Always on the move and often into mischief. Very typically a lab Kelcey loves the water and endeavors to swim in her water bowl, often emptying or breaking it, or both. Kelcey oozes Labrador type and is a stocky build with fantastic coat and lovely thick otter tail.

Holly has matured into a elegant young lady and is a pleasure to own. She is well mannered and gentle. Like a true Golden she is a keen retriever and always has something in her mouth to show off to you that she has found. She would play fetch for hours, long after you have grown tired but then is quite happy to sit quietly and just be your friend if that is all you require of her. Her happy go lucky and trusting nature makes her a wonderful companion and friend.

Rosie is a soft soul with a sweet personality. We are yet to see a mischievous side to her and this makes her lovely to live with. She has a love affair with all things muddy and smelly and this makes keeping her coat clean quite a job but as always in true Golden style, once dryed off, a few shakes and rolls on the grass, Rosie says it's as good as new.
