What are the Intelligent Assistant™s?

Recording Intelligent Assistant™

What does it do? This solution will record up to 4 phone conversations simultaneously. The system is started either by clicking on an icon on your computer desktop, or by creating a conference call to the extension number or hunt group number dedicated to conversation recording.

What is in it for your business? The Recording Intelligent Assistant™ is ideal for staff training purposes. Once you get the permission of the person called to allow the recording to take place, this whole conversation will be stored and archived onto hard drive or CD. Simply playback the recordings via your operating system's access to the server hosting the recording, or even access the recordings over the internet if you choose to let us host your call recording service.

 

PhoneNotify Intelligent Assistant™:

What does it do? This assistant is similar to the call back feature for your voicemail provided by several mobile phone service providers. The PhoneNotify Intelligent Assistant™ will call a pre-configured phone number to notify the called party about calls that have been made to the number handling your calls interactively. Within this same notified call you can check all new messages, bookings or orders, and save, print, fax, or delete these call details remotely over the phone. This assistant can be bundled with any other assistant such as the Booking Intelligent Assistant™ so that your (mobile) phone will ring at a preset time, allowing you to conveniently find out exactly the details of who made confirmed or tentative bookings. This assistant can also be used to automatically remind your clients of appointments, or outstanding bills, or to notify staff of upcoming shift work, if they can't make the shift the system will call the next available staff member. 

What is in it for your business? If you are fed up setting your calls to divert to your mobile phone so that you can handle you customer queries 24 hours a day, then this assistant is for you.
