Great results from the Qld Specialty Show

The team had a great night at the Staffordshire Bull terrier Club of Qld Inc. Championship Show on the 15th under 

Victorian Breed Specialist Judge Mrs A Baxter (Boldhart).

Buddy was awarded the Open Dog Class, Reserve Dog Challenge and Best Opposite Open in Show - 

this finishes off a terrific year for Buddy with 2 Specialty CC's and 1 Specialty RCC.

Marlee won Best Australian Bred in Show, following on from her Intermediate Class win at the Newcastle Specialty.

and Mercury was placed 3rd in Aust Bred Dog. 

Pedro - Belleden Wheres Pedro - won Best Opposite Puppy in Show and 

Billie - Ch Belleden Ghost N Darknss - was awarded 2nd place in Aust Bred Dog. 

Not forgetting Tori who was 2nd out of 26 baby girls and Xena was placed 3rd in a strong Open Bitch lineup.

Marlee has a great night!

Congratulations to Marlee and Jackie, winning her first Best of Breed, then going on to win Best in Group from a competitive Terrier lineup, 

and finishing her night being awarded RUNNER UP BEST IN SHOW!! 

Woohoo girls - what a terrific result - we are so proud of all your achievements.

Mercury becomes a GRAND CHAMPION


Becoming our 3rd owned, bred & handled Grand Champion, Mercury has been a consistent performer at All Breeds Level,  

winning Multi Best in Group and Reserve in Show awards.

Mercury was awarded Best of Breed and Open in Group on Saturday under Terrier Specialist Mr I Hinde (VIC) 

and then Best in Group on Sunday under Mrs C Ryan.


Marlee also had a great weekend, winning Challenge Bitch & Runner UP Best of Breed on Sunday and Australian Bred in Group both days.

Great results for the Team at the Specialty


We had a great weekend at the Northern NSW Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club double header Championship Shows.

On Saturday under Mr Jamie Mace (Janastaff UK), Buddy was awarded the Dog Challenge and Runner Up Best in Show and 

Dulcie was awarded Best Opposite Minor in Show.

On Sunday under Mrs Laureen Williams (Jodels UK), Marlee won the biggest class of the day 

and finished off with Best Opposite Intermediate in Show.


Congratulations must go to Iain & Lesley Stanley and Belleden Wheres Pedro for a terrific weekend, 

winning Best Minor in Show and Puppy of the Day on Saturday and then winning Best Minor in Show on the Sunday.

Marlee wins Reserve Challenge at the Brisbane Royal 


What a great day Marlee and Jackie had - winning 2nd in Open Bitch and then Reserve Bitch Challenge.

Mercury was awarded 2nd place in a strong Open Dog lineup

Marlee becomes a Champion

A huge congratulations to Marlee and Jackie on gaining your Championship title at the Lismore Kennel Club shows. 

Only 4 months after gaining her first Challenge, Marlee completed her title with a terrific weekend, winning Back to back Challenges, 

and on Saturday winning Intermediate in Group and then finished off with Intermediate in Show.

Mercury was awarded Best of Breed & Open in Group on Friday and Best of Breed and Reserve in Group on Sunday.

Buddy wins Reserve in Show 


At the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club of Qld Championship Show, Buddy was awarded 

the Dog Challenge, Runner Up Best in Show and Best Open in Show 

under Victorian Stafford Specialist Tony Trimble (Stoneheart)

Queenie has an impressive debut 


Turning 3 months old on Saturday, Queenie was awarded Best Baby Puppy in Group and 2nd in Sweepstakes 

at Maleny Show Society and on Sunday - Lockyer Valley Kennel Club @ Durack 

Queenie went one better winning Best Baby Puppy in Show.

Many thanks to Shane & Kate for allowing Queenie to become part of our family.


Mercury also had a terrific day on Saturday at Maleny being awarded Best in Group.

Mercury wins 2 Best in Group awards & China become a CHAMPION

Mercury and China had a terrific weekend at the Clarence Canine Carnival with Mercury winning Best in Group on 2 days, 

and China winning the challenge at all 4 shows - finishing off her Australian title.

Daisy wins Runner Up Best in Show 


At the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Society of NSW Championship Show, 

Daisy was awarded Challenge Bitch & Runner Up Best in Show by Terrier Specialist Mrs U Rigney (IRE).

We couldn't be prouder of our special girl!


Mercury also had a great day winning the Yvonne Reeder Best Champion award (pictured below) as well as 2nd place in Open Dog.



Marlee was recently awarded a Challenge with Runner Up Best of Breed & Junior in Group. This takes her over the half way mark to her title!

Daisy wins Best of Breed at the Toowoomba Royal

We are so proud of Daisy who continues to do well at the occasional shows when she comes out.

Winning Best of Breed at Toowoomba Royal, Daisy has certainly continued to be a consistent winner at all levels.


Marlee had a great day on Friday at the Tweed River Canine Club winning a Best of Breed over a quality entry of Staffords.

A great weekend for the Show Team

Mercury had a super weekend - winning Best of Breed and Reserve in Group on Friday at the Casino & District KC. 

On Saturday he was awarded Best of Breed under Stafford Specialist Mr David Lowe (Seighford VIC). 

Mercury then finished off his weekend in style winning BEST EXHIBIT IN OPEN SHOW at the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club of Qld Inc Open Show.

Marlee had a terrific day at the Stafford Club Open Show, being awarded Best Bitch, Best Opposite Sex in Show and Best Junior in Show. 

We can't thank Marlee's co-owner Jackie enough for all her hard work and dedication with Marlee.

In a rare appearance to the showring, Daisy was awarded Challenge Bitch on Saturday at Casino under Breed Specialist David Lowe.


Belleden is also proud to announce the arrival of our New Zealand connection - NZ Ch Warmaster Distant Thunder - China.

China is a lovely daughter of Aust & NZ Ch Belleden Golden Prince and has joined the Belleden show team for a few months.

Many thanks to China's owners Steve & Sandra from Warmaster for allowing this cheeky young lady to come for a holiday.


In only a few weeks in the country, China has managed to win 3 Challenges with Runner Up Best of Breeds, 

as well as Best Opposite Open in Show at the Qld Stafford Club Open Show.

Mercury wins Reserve in Show


Mercury has a good weekend, winning Best of Breed and Reserve in Group @ the Killarney Show Society 

and then wins Reserve in Show at the Qld Sporting Terrier Club Open Show.

Marlee wins her first Challenges 


A special congratulations go to Marlee (Belleden Spellbound) and her co-owner and handler Jackie Chivers 

for winning Challenge bitch both days at Allora on the weekend. 

Marlee was also awarded Runner Up Best of Breed and Junior in Group on Saturday. 

Already having a terrific show career to date with numerous Group and Show awards, 

Marlee is certainly looking set to follow her award winning parents  - GRCH Belleden Red Warrior and Ch Belleden Golden Aura

NEW CHAMPION for Belleden   

Ruby gained her Australian Championship title at the Darling Downs Kennel Club winning Challenge and Runner Up Best of Breed. 

Her nephew Mercury was awarded Best of Breed.


Ruby is now the 3rd Champion from the successful union of Ch Belleden Warriorprincess and Novastaff Beamish Red.

Thanks to Alissa and Brett from Novastaff for allowing us to use Beamish, and also our good friend Leighanne from Sonique Staffords.
