Welcome to Hervey Bay Church of Christ on the Web. We care for you in view of the fact that you are a person who is important, not just to us, but primarily to the Lord Jesus Christ. God so loved you and me, He allowed His son Jesus to take drastic yet deliberate steps to make a way possible for every person to receive forgiveness for their sin and therefore not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16).

This is why the Hervey Bay Church of Christ exists - to help others to know this love of God and how you are able to have true peace in a world of uncertainty and turmoil.

In a day when many are looking for the "good life", there are just as many who feel a need for something "more". Young men and women still struggle for genuine love, joy and peace; families struggle to secure disintegrating relationships, and the restlessness of a planet that appears to be out of control, touches all of us. Questions like: "Why am I here? Is there any purpose in my life? Does God exist? If so, why does He have such an interest in me?" are on the lips of men and women, young and old alike.

Through believing and trusting in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and saviour of their life, the people of the Hervey Bay Church of Christ have discovered the answers to these questions and many others like them.

The church here is a growing fellowship of people from many diverse backgrounds who have trusted in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sin, and are committed to His Word and to each other.

If you have never trusted in Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour, please consider the salvation Jesus Christ offers to you. It is the most important decision you will ever make in your life.
