THE WIRES PAGE

  Males Females Puppies Information

Wires have been put on this Earth to entertain. They must be the clowns of the Terrier world, friendly and excellent with children. They are active dogs, especially when they are young, and will chase a ball for hours on end. Wires are very alert and will draw your attention to  intruders.

Our foundation bitch, and still the Grand Matriarch of our wire family, was Ch. Yiriwyre Marguarita (Molly) who was awarded 21 Challenge Certificates, won multiple Class in Group for every class she entered as well as Best Exhibit of Group and Multiple Class in Show awards. Molly laid a sound foundation for the breeding of quality wires and established our kennel as a force to be reckoned with in the show ring. Molly was the mother of Maggie and Emmy shown below.  Her lines continued with "Sunny" who is the father of Ester (Quinvale Devil N Disguise). She has been doing extremely well in the show ring.

This is Ch. Quinvale Emerald Star ("Emmy") - a bitch that has won Best of Breed at many major shows and in particular the Sporting Terrier Club, one of the speciality events for the year with a Terrier Specialist Judge.

Here is Ch. Kinnego Cameromen (imported from New Zealand and sire of many of our puppies). "Barney" is shown on the left with his proud owner and exhibitor. After having won Challenge Dog at the Brisbane Royal.

"Elvis" on the right (Ch. Yiriwyre Return Tosender) -a grandson of America, Canadian, Danish, English, Norwegian, Swedish Champion Burrendale Escort of Purston. A beautiful dog with lovely conformation.  He has fathered many lovely puppies that have gone out into the world to make many people happy.

On the left is Ch. Quinvale Magic Butterfly aged 12 months taken after winning Reserve of Breed at the Brisbane Royal. "Maggie" is currently living with a lovely family and going into a shop each day to talk to the clientele.

Another of our own dogs that has been titled is Ch. Quinvale Top Hat who gained his title in 18 months.

Here on the right is my new addition to my dog family. I have called him "Pip". His mother and father live in New Zealand with John Foster. His father is Ch.Blackdale Irish Prince who won the Group at the Nationals in N.Z. this year. A very handsome male with lots of potential being so young (see photo below..)
