Postage & Handling

If unable to be delivered in person, all items within Australia will be delivered by Australia Post at the client's expense and all items are sent registered post.

Make a Strand sends all postal orders via Australia Post to ensure your jewellery is fully insured for its full amount in case Australia Post misplaces your parcel. If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card requesting you to collect and sign for your goods at your nearest Post Office.

For clients who reside outside Sydney, please note that your jewellery will be posted once payment has been received, either by (cleared) personal cheque or via direct debit into Make a Strand's account. Please contact Make a Strand via email at makeastrand@aapt.net.au should you require our account details to arrange a direct deposit.

Please allow at least 7 to 10 days for delivery by Australia Post upon completion of your commission.

Make a Strand reserves the right to adjust the shipping total in the pro-forma invoice, meaning your shipping cost may be reduced or increased prior to confirmation. We also accept no responsibility for undelivered or damaged items as this is the sole responsibility of the carrier, Australia Post.
