Make a Strand prides itself on its quality and workmanship, and aims to offer you a finished product that you will enjoy and treasure for many years to come. All jewellery is created using quality components, however should your jewellery not fit perfectly, or require adjustments or repair, please don't hesitate to contact us to arrange a refit or replacement* if necessary.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of the finished product, you may return it to Make a Strand within 10 days of receipt and a refund will be issued. However, as we typically arrange for clients to view photos of their jewellery via email before the product is dispatched, refunds cannot be permitted for changes in personal taste.
Any items that display damage due to abuse, accident or misuse will not be covered, however Amanda will do her best to repair or replace such goods at the owner's expense.
