Barbara Malarski

Teacher/Practitioner

Barbara has worked in the Health Field for 25 years. Her training as a teacher led her into formal teaching followed by a series of positions in the community sector, as a community worker.

In the 1980s Barbara began studying Shiatsu at the East West Centre In Sydney. This began a life time journey into health and healing. In the 90s Barbara undertook a three year training in Acupuncture and Alchemical Feng Shui. The basis of this training was to lead to a profound exploration of self through experiencing ancient Oriental systems and practices.

In 2003 Barbara established a Natural Therapies Program at Tropical North Institute of Tafe. This created an opportunity for the public to have access in formal training in Massage, Shiatsu and Oriental Health.

Barbara works now in her private practice as an acupuncturist and provides a diverse range of Health and Well being programs She is currently undertaking her Masters of Acupuncture at the University of Western Sydney.
