Darling, Your lovely cable arrived safely by Pops - it's such fun getting one, so it was more than appreciated - I had a nice birthday from the mail viewpoint - all my letters came at the right moment, but I hope I'm home for the next one - will you tell Neddy Harry L's address is 228(VB) 11 Coy. OFLAG 79 - She call tell his family - Also another lad I know friend of the Neal Greens in the RAF is on his way to Aussie via India & I've given him your address - he's a dear kid & crippled shot down in Battle of Britain & has a fractured spine & is naturally a bit sensitive about it. But just be quite natural with him & take no notice & make him feel at home - he will look you up if he gets to Sydney so do show him all you can - He's on some RAF job & is only having a short time there, but he hopes he gets to Syd. & not Melbourne! He's Squ.Ldr. Roy Morant & I've known him since he was about 19 - & he's a nice kid! Tell Patsy to look after him well!! I'm quite O.K. Still in the North so don't worry about me & p-planes - Mrs Neal Green is coming over tonight so I don't feel so isolated when I see a familiar face! It will be so good to see you all dears. Much love,

DEE
