Hi!

A friend of mine recently forwarded me the following paragraph by John Harridan: "Whenever the world seems to get the best of me, whenever I feel it closing in on me, I go to a quiet place that lies somewhere in my soul. I do not reason, analyse or think. Those will come later. I simply go. And as a frightened child finds comfort and strength in a loving parent, I find my God and a band of loving Invisibles. From this place of power, I garner strength to stand firm in the face of fire, to be calm in the midst of thunder. When I emerge from this sanctuary, the world has not changed but I have. And in my changing a whole new world is born."

This 'quiet place' he refers to is that place of balance, that non-dual zero point right in the middle of the pendulum's swing from good to bad and back from bad to good. It hits this point in every swing, but doesn't stop, because the 3D mind can only relate to good and bad, it cannot function at the zero point. It cannot function at this point, because this 'quiet place', this silence, is a state of non-separation, the NOW, where all opposites are dissolved.

And this moment, the NOW, is the narrow portal to the formless fourth dimension. In this present moment, when the mind has stopped, we find the space where change is possible, because here in this space, we are aligned to our original blueprint. In this state of non-separation, there no longer is 'me' and 'them', we no longer perceive a division between ourselves and others. In this state of wholeness or oneness we experience our higher 4D Self, where whatever you see is you.

When we meditate, we step back from our busy thinking mind, and realise that instead of being caught up in our mind we can observe it instead. We realise there are two of us, the one having thoughts and the one watching itself having those thoughts. The 'I' that observes itself is our Real 4D self. The more we do it, the more we dis identify with the 3D mind and break the spell it has over us. When the spell is broken, it allows us to gradually wake up from our dream state (or more appropriately our nightmare)! And in practising this, we collectively assist in the raising of the frequency of the planet.

I'd like to share the following poem by Paul Bura: (poet, writer and broadcaster):

THE GATHERER

Gather in me man, beast, insect and leaf,
And I値l let them all in
Gather in me trees that are my friends and allies,
And I値l let them all in
Gather in me the music of the elsewhere,
And I値l let them all in
Gather in me the technology of the ages,
And I値l let them all in
Gather in me stars moons and planets,
And I値l let them all in
Gather in me the storehouse of the stars,
And I値l let them all in
Gather in me the spirit and the essence of all things,
For I am the gatherer and I値l let them all in
Gather in me the giver and the given,
The creator and the created,
For I am the all of it
The all and the sum-total.

Till next time!
