What a month of intense energies November has been! They have certainly been doing their job in pushing out the old!
The more we align ourselves to God – the I AM Power that maintains order and balance – the more we become aware of having to practise self containment and boundaries. And this is what November (for me) has been all about. As Karen Bishop says: “Anything that was held together from a space of lower vibrating energy, will break apart and cease to exist”.
In many situations, it’s as if a mirror was placed in front of me, showing me all that no longer resonates with my deepest Truths and giving me the opportunity to let go of those negative parts of myself, like intolerance and being judgemental.
This can be very challenging! It’s rather like coming off an addiction and facing the withdrawal symptoms! This is when you start to understand that everything in your life is a reflection of the relationship you are having with yourself.
This process of letting go is done by stepping back and watching the ego in the act of being intolerant and judgemental, being aware of the feelings it evokes and consciously in that moment, deciding to surrender, which in turn activates transmutation. These internal adjustments are the hardest part, as in that moment of surrender and letting go, we create an empty space, which the ego desperately wants to fill in order to get its gratification. If we choose to step back instead, and let the space be filled with love and compassion, we release ourselves from the ego and re-establish ourselves with unlimited joy and fulfilment.
Quoting Karen Bishop: “The old world is most assuredly crashing and deteriorating at a rapid rate. Part of our roles and responsibilities involve transmuting darkness or lower and denser vibrating energy. This is why so many of us were born into situations of abuse and suffering, with much darkness present. It is our job to transmute the energies through ourselves. And this, then, is one of our entrance tickets to the higher realms”.
And if we can maintain our surrender, from this emptiness, this still centre, the soul’s new forms of expression will burst forth. In this still ‘centre’ we align with our purpose and passion, for each of us came into this world for a unique and specific purpose, that no one else can quite fulfil. And it is in this stillness that we will find the work that is given us to do.
From this centre – this state of creativity – everything we need will arrive effortlessly. This is when the Divine Intelligence provides for the fulfilment of the activity every step of the way. It is amazing how Spirit works when we are willing to surrender and become beholders of God’s activity.
