Judy Pinder

Artist/photographer and Gaelic speaker, Judy also performs solo and has presented several workshops on the sean-nós style of traditional Gaelic singing.

, released in 1998, was her first solo album, featuring musicians John & Tinker Duffy, Anne Rowney (Cailleach) Peter Hicks & Michael O'Connor with support vocals from her sons, Blake & Chris. She also performs with talented guitarist, Luke O'Neill, who features on her upcoming second CD

She has recorded with SBS television & radio and features in the soundscape which now forms part of the Irish Famine memorial at Sydney's Hyde Park Barracks. Currently studying a degree in fine arts in Sydney, she is also working on her second solo CD in collaboration with Irish composer & arranger, Colm O'Foghlú.
