Here are some Pictures

of the two new Automatic Hydraulic presses I'm currently making.

 

 

Here believe it or not, is a pile of parts out of which two Automatic hydraulic presses will spring. I've been making and slowly collecting these over the past 3-4 months

 

 

 

This is the press frame just welded together awaiting a wipe down with turps couple of coats of white epoxy paint

 

 

 

Here the two frames are waiting for the paint to dry

 

 

 

Just starting to assemble the two presses on the left. The press on the right is the original one that I made a couple of years ago

 

 

 

The two new presses are finished as far as the mechanical assembly is concerned. the Hydraulics are connected. They just need a final tightening and the tanks need a top up with oil.

 

 

 

Now that the assembly is complete. That just leaves the wiring up of the 24V controll circut. All the 240V wiring is done it's just the tricky bunch of relays and timers to put together and mount wire wire up all the switches .

Not far to go now!!!!

 

 

 

Here's one of the two control panels with the switches fitted. There's still a fair bit of wiring to go.
