This croft at Syall is now known as 'Sarahs Place'

Sarah was my great grandmothers sister's oldest daughter. (my first cousin twice removed) She was born in Glasgow where her mother worked prior to her marriage. Sarah returned to Syall  with her 2 younger sisters after her mothers death in 1892 and lived with her grandparents.

This may be the same croft that my great great grandparents lived in from 1841-1901 at Syall

The other croft is next to Sarahs.
