I generally prefer to write horror, although I dabble a bit in fantasy and sci-fi from time to time. I have had a couple of short stories published in magazines, but have not yet managed to get past chapter 3 in any of the novels I've started. I am determined that this is going to change! I am currently working on a horror novel with a working title of 'Echoes'.

I write mainly speculative fiction, though I have dabbled (unsuccessfully) in a murder mystery or two. At the moment, I'm working on the first book of a fantasy trilogy and trying to conquer a tendency to brevity. My goal is to concentrate on one idea long enough for it to be written, rather than getting distracted by the next idea and moving on. I plan to write 3000+ words per week; that equals a novel in a year. Bring on 2006!
Robbie
I generally prefer fantasy although I dabble in sci-fi when the mood strikes me. I'm unpublished right now, which would probably not be the case if I could focus long enough to actually finish what I start. This is a work in progress. I'm currently splitting my time between two pieces that I like equally well until one is more favourite than another and I can finally work on it solo. I also really like yoyo tricks.
