Bonding over Blood

Back

Artemis and Karma, sitting in a cart,
Both turn their sleeves and show off their hearts,
First turn in anger, and kill all around,
Then turn in friendship, and share what they’ve found.

Artemis and Karma, spying on some men,
Watch as they kill them, then start again,
Search out the bad guys, wherever they’re found,
They fear no danger, wherever they’re bound.

Artemis and Karma, heading for the gate,
Watch as the bad guys all take the bait,
Soon they’re all dead, lying in the dirt,
But Artemis and Karma - not even hurt.

Artemis and Karma, stunned as can be,
The gate leads to nothing, so they soon see,
The journey in vain, they pause for a night,
And then steal some horses, and look for a fight.

Artemis and Karma, riding through Ghanesh
A death-dealing duo, no one had guessed,
The two would get along, like they were ‘Best Buds’,
Artemis and Karma, bonding over blood.
