"I did not, that is a lie!"
She shook her head, and frowned and said,
"It was your uterus I spied!
And I am such a pefect shot,
I know I would not miss.
It was your uterus, cousin dear,
Not your stomach that I hit."
"You shot my baby in the womb!"
She smiled and inclined her head,
"Yes I did, that much is true,
I hoped I would leave it dead.
Surely, cousin, you can see,
That I acted for your best.
My freaky-redhead told me,
That if born, it would be a pest."
"You tried to kill my baby!"
She nodded with a sigh,
"But it didn't work, oh cousin dear,
So I'll give it another try.
I thought my arrow would do the job,
But sadly, I was wrong.
So now I'll need to find a way,
To ensure it won't live long."
"You shot me in the stomach!"
"We've been over this before!
I shot you in the uterus,
Where your baby lay unborn.
You know I like you cousin,
That's why I did my best,
To kill the child 'fore it was born,
While it was still at rest."
"What happened to my baby?"
She frowned and shrugged a bit.
"It's lying in the corner there,
I've been trying to score a hit.
By using tongue-depressors,
I've been throwing them all night.
But although my aim is always good,
I can't hit the anti-christ."
"You tried to kill my baby!"
She sighed and rolled her eyes.
"Of course I did, oh cousin dear,
His Dad's the Prince of Lies!
I've tried to kill him several times,
But he counters me like such,
And now he won't let me approach,
I don't think he likes me much."
