STUDIO - page 3

This is my large warping board made by
Ron Doley. It is strong enough to take many meters of
tapestry warp, as it is more time and cost effective
to warp for 2 or 3 tapestries at one time.
For convenience I also use it for the table loom.
This is the warp for the "Thread Project".

IN MY WORK ROOM IN THE HOUSE

2 shaft hand weaving loom
My small 2 shaft loom called "IMP".
I'm weaving tablemats.
The embroidery in front of the table hides
two 5 l water bottles hanging underneath
to make the table more sturdy when I'm beating (it works!).

My skeiner and ballwinder place, some
dyed fleece ready to card for spinning
and part of my warp stash for IMP.
On the right, the corner of my work table.

My skeiner on the left is clamped to a wooden
bar stool, which gives it just the right hight.
My work table and more fleeces
and things under and around it. Never a dull moment!
