Before I started weaving, I wondered if I would be longing to weave a tapestry, looking at all the different colours and textures of the threads. But when I started weaving I felt so much connected to the people whom those threads represent, that I got totally carried away -
	- just gently weaving each single thread in manually, tying on the next thread - and having to stop myself from keeping going, since I have only limited time for this project. To me this is a celebration of our diversity and unity. I love the weaving and find it very peaceful and meditative.
	Here is the "Note Book" It holds all the names, messages, cards and letters from all who participated. The Note Book was sent with the finished panel.
